SHIPPING COST
All items are shipped by Australia Post and all orders have tracking included.
Standard Post
FLAT RATE for Standard Shipping for all orders is $12.95
Express Post
FLAT RATE for Express Shipping for all orders is $16.95
SHIPPING TIMES
Once payment is received, I will ship your items as soon as possible. Please remember that I am currently travelling around Australia and occasionally may be some distance from the nearest post office. I usually ship items within 3 business days.
If for some reason, your order will take longer than this, I will contact you immediately to let you know.
*Please note, if you choose the Express Post option, you still need to allow at least 3 business days for me to get to a post office to send it.
Please understand that once your package has been lodged with Australia Post, I have no control over the time it takes for delivery.
Most customers should receive their orders within 2 weeks but sometimes it can take longer.
Please allow plenty of time if you are purchasing for a special occasion.
I do not offer refunds if a parcel is simply delayed in transit.
If a parcel genuinely goes missing, or is lost, then I will refund your order.
I do not consider a parcel "missing" unless 30 days have passed since dispatch, and I will not issue a refund any sooner than this.
