Refund Policy

I want you to love my products as much as I do!

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me ASAP and I will do my best to sort it out.

 

Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives in a damaged state I will refund the full amount you paid for the item. You must contact me within 7 days of receiving it if you wish to claim a refund and you must be able to provide evidence that the item is faulty.

 

Change of Mind
If you no longer want the item you may return it to me for a refund or to exchange it for another item of the same value.
The item you purchased must first be returned to me in its original undamaged state.

 

Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. You must pay for the cost of shipping the item to me and also for the cost of me shipping the replacement item back to you.

 

Please do not return items without contacting me first.

Custom Orders
Custom orders are non-refundable. 

 

You must ensure that you are happy with all design details we discuss before making your final payment. Once I have commenced work on a custom order it cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Shipping Delays
I do my best to send orders in the fastest possible time, but I have no control over the time taken for delivery once I have lodged your parcel with Australia Post.

  

All orders are sent with tracking included.
 
Please allow plenty of time for your order to arrive if you are purchasing for a special occasion.
 
I do not offer refunds if a parcel is simply delayed in transit.
 
If a parcel genuinely goes missing, or is lost, then I will refund your order.
 
I do not consider a parcel "missing" unless 30 days have passed since dispatch and will not issue a refund any sooner than this.
