Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives in a damaged state I will refund the full amount you paid for the item. You must contact me within 7 days of receiving it if you wish to claim a refund and you must be able to provide evidence that the item is faulty.
Change of Mind
If you no longer want the item and wish to claim a refund, you must contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned to me in its original condition before any refund will be issued. Please note that only the item cost will be refunded, not the shipping charge, and you must pay for return shipping.

Custom orders are non-refundable.
You must ensure that you are happy with all design details we discuss before making your final payment. Once I have commenced work on a custom order it cannot be exchanged or refunded.
I do my best to send orders in the fastest possible time, but I have no control over the time taken for delivery once I have lodged your parcel with Australia Post.
Most customers should receive their orders within 2 weeks of dispatch.
All orders are sent with tracking included.
Please allow plenty of time for your order to arrive if you are purchasing for a special occasion.
I do not offer refunds if a parcel is simply delayed in transit.
If a parcel genuinely goes missing, or is lost, then I will refund your order.
I do not consider a parcel "missing" unless 30 days have passed since dispatch and will not issue a refund any sooner than this.
